Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator

Caesar’s Pasta, a frozen pasta food manufacturer has a newly created entry level position for a Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to make a difference and learn. The Bilingual HR coordinator will be trained in all aspects of Human Resources with the objective of becoming a true HR Generalist. The Human Resources Coordinator will be based in Blackwood, NJ.

They will learn and be responsible for the following job duties:

•    Weekly payroll (HR)
•    Benefit administration
•    Safety and workers compensation
•    Regulatory requirements
•    Labor laws
•    Talent acquisition (recruiting)
•    Talent management (employee development)
•    Employee relations
•    Office administration


•    Process payroll (ADP)
•    Provide support in regulatory compliance, and benefits
•    Administer the Worker’s Compensation processes for the facility
•    Supports and advises employees, supervisors and managers regarding employee relations issues
•    Manage staffing needs of all hourly and temporary workers
•    Maintain professional interactions with all levels of employees
•    Performs other duties as required and assigned

The HR Coordinator will work very closely with the Corporate HR Director and their staff. The ideal candidate will have the following job requirements:


•    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or business related field required
•    1 year of human resources experience preferred, not required
•    Bilingual in Spanish is required
•    Manufacturing experience preferred, not required
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
