Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

SHCCNJAdvocacy Request Policy

The SHCCNJ advocates for the NJ Hispanic business community by representing its interests and concerns to policymakers, industry leaders, government officials, and regulatory bodies.

Their advocacy efforts can include policy development, commenting on legislative actions that directly impact SHCCNJ members, and building relationships with corporate executives and elected officials who support our community’s pro-growth policies.

The SHCCNJ is open to receiving advocacy requests from our members and the Hispanic business community and requires a minimum of five (5) business days to respond to any written advocacy requests. This timeframe allows the SHCCNJ to thoroughly assess the potential impact of such requests and seek input from board members before providing any response. This policy ensures that SHCCNJ’s support is well-considered and aligned with its mission and values.

Donations / Monetary Gifts Policy

We do not give out any monetary donations or gifts. We can provide promotion of your event or cause via our newsletter space permitting. Please provide information via email one month prior so we have ample time to schedule.
