Entrepreneurship Training Program (ETP)
The Entrepreneurship Training Program (ETP) has a simple mission: to provide culturally and linguistically appropriate business education and mentorship services for free to small business owners.
Our classes are instructed by bilingual subject-matter experts with real-world experience and successful track records in their respective fields. Selected participants will have access to the resources and the know-how necessary to start or expand their businesses.

ETP is the perfect program for entreprenuers with a new or existing business (5 years or fewer).
The program includes 60 participants and is led by bilingual instructors who help refine ideas into sustainable businesses. Over 40 hours, participants develop a full business plan, learn core operational principles, and engage with subject-matter experts and industry panels.
After completing the course, participants receive one-on-one mentorship to strengthen their business plans or focus on a specific area of growth.
The program consists of 14 Friday virtual sessions (9:30 am to 12:30 pm) and 2 in person.
