SHCCNJ Congratulates Board Member Dana Rodriguez on NJBIZ Board Leadership Award Honor 

The Statewide Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of New Jersey congratulates Dana Rodriguez, SHCCNJ Board Member and Chair of the Nominations Committee, on being named one of the inaugural 2026 NJBIZ Board Leadership Award honorees. 

Launched in 2026, the NJBIZ Board Leadership Awards recognize outstanding board members whose governance, expertise, leadership, and commitment have made a meaningful impact on their organizations and communities. 

Dana brings more than 23 years of experience in the personal lines property and casualty insurance field, with expertise in regulatory compliance, audit and rating oversight, change management, process improvement, coaching, and professional development. In her role at NJM Insurance Group and through her service to SHCCNJ, Dana reflects the thoughtful leadership, accountability, and community-centered commitment that strengthen organizations from the inside out. 

As Chair of SHCCNJ’s Nominations Committee, Dana plays an important role in supporting strong board governance and helping advance the Chamber’s mission to promote the continued growth and development of New Jersey businesses. 

Honorees will be recognized during an in-person awards ceremony on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at 8:00 AM at The Marigold in Somerset.
