SHCCNJ Leadership Meets with N.J. Congressional Delegation in Washington
May 28, 2026
Last week, SHCCNJ leadership traveled to Washington, D.C. to meet with elected officials and advocate on behalf of New Jersey’s small businesses, our members and the communities we serve.
During the visit, SHCCNJ connected with U.S. Senator Andy Kim of New Jersey; Congresswoman Nellie Pou, who represents New Jersey’s 9th Congressional District; and Congressman Rob Menendez, who represents New Jersey’s 8th Congressional District.
As a statewide business organization, SHCCNJ seeks to collaborate with elected officials across all levels of government to advance policies that address the needs of their constituents, including small businesses, Latino communities, entrepreneurs and Hispanic-owned enterprises across New Jersey.
Our advocacy is rooted in access, opportunity and economic growth. By engaging directly with public leaders, we help ensure that the voices of our members and business community are part of the policy conversations shaping our state’s future.
