SHCCNJ LETS 2026: 37 Entrepreneurs. 10 Weeks. New Jersey’s Rising Stars

Last Friday, SHCCNJ officially launched its 2026 Level-Up Entrepreneurship Training Series (LETS), welcoming 37 entrepreneurs ready to strengthen, scale and sustain their businesses.  

LETS is a high-impact, bilingual business development program created for established entrepreneurs generating more than $100,000 in annual revenue. Through expert-led instruction, applied learning, peer collaboration and targeted mentorship, participants gain practical tools to strengthen key business functions and develop a strategic roadmap for growth.  

Over 10 weeks, the cohort will explore leadership, marketing, financial management, technology and AI, operations, sales, access to capital, networking and generational wealth. The program also prepares entrepreneurs for critical milestones—from hiring employees and securing commercial space to obtaining financing and expanding capacity.  

The opening session introduced participants to the LETS team, program expectations and learning platform. Each entrepreneur also presented their business and identified three valuable connections they hope to make—putting real relationships before transactions from day one.  

In the upcoming Week 2 (August 28), veteran and author Enrique Acosta Gonzalez will lead a session on productivity, followed by Program Coach Tatiana Orozco on time management.
